Websites if are not able to can be really problematic especially if you are the only person who cannot open it. The issue might be from the back-end when no one is able to open the website but when a single user is not able to open the website then the problem becomes bigger. This blog will focus on different methods to run a website which is not opening and how it can be avoided in the future.
Introduction
Sometimes when you want to access your social media but could not seem to do it because an error is popping up on your screen saying that this website cannot be reached. The issue can be related to the network simply or a router is simple not connected properly. But, in this case the main focus is to detect problems with a single website only which is not opening. The issues can be related to browser or cookies and cache or it can be related to the antivirus. Following are the different ways which can be used to troubleshoot opening of a one particular website.
Clear Cookies and Cache
Browser can sometimes collect random data which creates a problem to access a particular website. It can be cleared by clicking on the Three dots of the browser (Chrome in this case), and clicking on more tools followed by Clear browsing data. This method will help in flushing the DNS addresses and clearing them so that they would work fine. In order to do that, simply type command prompt in the Windows search option and type ipconfig/ flushdns as shown below:
